Civil service mentality in south Africa makes them look down on memes that would have actually soaked up remaining unemployed
What happened?
Foreign nationals like Indians, Bangladesh, Somalians, Zimbabweans, gambians, and especially Nigerians choked smes.
This is called structural unemployment.
More South Africans are going to schools to look for jobs in corporate institutions while foreign nationals, and Nigerians are doing business to solve day to day needs
